How to move Folder from Google Drive to Share Drive

How can we move files from Google My drive to Team Drive?

Hi, How can we move files/folders from My Drive to Shared Drives? Or is there any way to directly download torrents to shared drives? I tried Google Colabs shared in this community, but they are downloading them to just My Drive. And as you now, My Drive is limited to just 15 GB. Any suggestions?
