I need to know that how to resolve iphone disable without using itunes .
And more thing I just want addon my home button is not working so without using home button
how we can enable dfu mode .

What model of iPhone are you using?
And at what stage is it locked?
Just the the pincode, or iCloud lock?

I think you can use Assistive touch if your button is not working
