How to send a backdated/previous date email?

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Change the system date/time on your PC.
Prepare the email you need to send and before you send it, change your system time/date to when you want the mail to have been send.
On windows change the date from Control Panel>Date and Time>Change date and time. Save the changes. Now go back to your Email and send it.
Once the email is sent you can revert back the date/time on your system to the current time. You may need to confirm if the mail has been delivered.
You can set a delivery confirm receipt on your email.
Once sent the email will be received in real time/immediately (if everything is working fine on your end and the recipientโ€™s end). The recipient will see the mail as delivered in real time but it will show it was sent on the date/time you had set on your system.
The email server will use the date/time on your system and attach it to the mail.
