Tried this one. The credits arrived and a key was created — spending them did not work.

:white_check_mark: Worked: signup · the credits landed · GET /v1/models returns 200 (one model listed)

:cross_mark: Blocked: every POST /v1/chat/completions → Cloudflare “Sorry, you have been blocked” (403, HTML)

Tried: Python (requests and the OpenAI SDK) · curl.exe · a home network · a mobile hotspot in India

Result: no completion ever reached the API. The dashboard Playground / “Send a request” failed too, so no first request went through on any route.
