Keyboard keys opening programs issue

my hp laptop keys such as (q,a,z,1) are opening files like calculator and sometimes disabling audio and airplane mode when pressed. please help

Hi, try to use external usb keyboards, if you have the same issues, uninstall the keyboard driver, and install it again, if you have the same issues, maybe there is a trojan running on background by listenning your keyboard, try to do a backup
