Hi Please help.

I bought a second hand Lenovo Thinkpad E330 Windows 7 Ultimate.

I am unable to log into windows 7, I do not know the user name or password.
I am unable to change settings in the Bios, the Bios is password protected. I can enter the Bios but most of the options within the Bios are greyed out.
I have removed the clock battery to try and reset Bios, this did not work.
I have tried safe mode command prompt, unable to reach command prompt because admin password is requested which I do not have.
I have tried to reinstall windows using a usb drive with windows iso setup with rufus, the laptop does not recognize the usb and i can’t change boot settings in Bios because its password protected.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
