Livestreaming which tool? (Corona, Social distance )

Which livestreaming program you use too capture a event and record this event. (special now with Corana and social distancing.)

Please tell me if cost something or it is free program and if it is for a pc, a Mac, a Android phone or iPhone or both of all.

I thought it is easy with YouTube livestream, but first you have to have 1000 subcribers… Second I use Periscope but you can livestream but how to but it on website afterwards?
