i want to learn technical office engineering works like the quantity surveying, shop drawing, pricing and cost, contracts, and project management skills.
softwares: CAD, Excel, ASD, and primavera
any subject of the above will help me a lot.

I don’t know how to help you but, as far as technical I would help, if you want ill give you made easy books where you can clear your concepts,
for the design, I would prefer the Lynda website to learn Softwares, if you want to experiment with them try seeing journals (just google it you will find many) have fun with them. yo

For Civil, You won’t find anything useful apart from Syllabus since it is mostly practical and experience oriented. You should be good in subjects like Construction Management & Materials, Structural Analysis, Concrete Technology to shine in technical side. For design there are useful courses in Educational platform Udemy, LinkedIn etc., to learn AutoCAD, 3ds max, Sketch Up. Other than these you are on your own.
(Tip: I may not be good, So use Google to find more results,This is more of a tech site)
