There’s some illegal construction happening near my place and I want to report it but I really don’t want to get personally involved or expose my identity.
I tried finding official email addresses and sent emails but nothing seems to be happening. I also spoke to someone about it, and they suggested a few government helpline numbers.
The problem is, I’d prefer not to make these calls from my personal number.
So, is there any legitimate service that provides an Indian phone number temporarily, either free or for a small fee just to make 1-2 calls to government officials and report the issue?
A free option would be amazing. 
Honestly, I’m getting pretty annoyed with this whole process. I don’t think these government departments even check their emails! 
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Help me out!
