Need help In creating Azure account

Hello everyone, hope you are all doing well

So I am trying to create an azure account but it seems that I am not eligible for a free trial, so I have to go for the option pay as you go, unfortunately this option also show error message " you are not eligible for an azure account "

And it’s the same thing for GCP also

I think those types of account need specific BIN or card bank

If someone here have an idea or know a method to creat those types of account, send me message or a comment

You will be rewarded

Thanks :folded_hands:t2:

:unlocked: The card is the last thing they check — one person, one free trial

Four fields that have to agree before a cloud free account opens: the card's country, the phone's country, the billing country, and you
Four fields. A new BIN moves one.

Google prints its own reason: “we ask for your name, address, and payment method to verify your identity” — the Google signup FAQ

Azure prints the count: “limited to one Azure free account per eligible customer” — the free-trial offer terms

Eight doors that open on a name instead of a number: Microsoft's training sandbox, GitHub Codespaces, Cloudflare, Aiven, Kaggle, Modal, Google Cloud Shell and Azure for Students
Eight doors, no card, open today — every link in the fold below.

:high_voltage: Tonight, three moves

  • open the training sandbox — a live Azure machine answering you, no card
  • holding a real bank card in your own country: line the four fields up, then ask for the $200 again
  • post the door and its figures — the next person reads numbers

National and research clouds, free at the point of use:

  • CloudLab — bare-metal machines, 33,000+ cores, handed to research accounts
  • Chameleon — 400+ nodes carrying A100s and FPGAs
  • Jetstream2 — always-on cloud for US researchers and teachers
  • the MOC Alliance — H100 80 GB cards, free to New England researchers
  • EGI — a European federation, free at the point of use
  • TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM — 20 TB of object storage plus 32 vCPU and 128 GB RAM for Turkish state universities, published only in Turkish
  • NepalCloud · IP ServerOne — free-forever student hosting in Nepal and Malaysia

The BIN lists travel between threads, always the same cards. Every door on this page opens on the name, or on nothing at all.
