How I can create/get temporary cooperate email id to get the access of Google GEAR program. Any help/suggestions.
you can use mine if you want
[email protected]
I need 1 too
A “corporate email” is just mail on a domain you own. That’s the whole gate.
Fake/temp ones die the second Google checks. A real one costs $0–$1 and never expires.
Half of GEAR doesn’t even need one — check your wall first, then pick a rung below. ![]()
🕵️ Before anything — the wall you hit might be fake (2-door trick)
Two different doors, people mix them up:
Just joining GEAR → anyone can join. Any Google account. No corporate anything.
“Get Certified” bonus tier (free cert vouchers) → that’s the part wanting a work email to prove you’re at a Google Cloud customer.
Google’s own page: if signup chokes, make the account with a personal email, then add your work domain when applying. It’s a domain check, not a background check.
🆓 Rung 0 — a domain for literally $0 (dev subdomains w/ mail)
Free subdomain that supports MX records (MX = the DNS line telling the world “send mail for this name here”):
• is-a.dev — free you.is-a.dev, Cloudflare-backed, mail-capable. Claim via GitHub PR (submit a tiny text file, they merge it).
• eu.org — real subdomain, free forever, ~2-week approval.
• Open Domains — pile of free names via PR.
• Full free-subdomain list — the big table nobody links.
Freenom is dead (Meta sued them, .tk/.cf/.gq went dark 2024). Any guide pointing there = corpse.
💵 Rung 1 — a real domain for ~$1–10/yr (at-cost registrars)
Registrar = the shop that rents you the name. Barely costs anything:
• Cloudflare Registrar — wholesale price, zero markup.
• Porkbun — constant sub-$1 first-year sales.
• Namesilo — flat pricing, free WHOIS privacy.
• Spaceship · Gandi (Gandi throws in 2 mailboxes).
📨 Rung 2 — free mail ON that domain (forward into your Gmail)
Own the domain, skip paying for a mailbox — forward it:
• Cloudflare Email Routing — unlimited addresses, $0, no per-address fee. How it works.
• ImprovMX — 25 aliases + 5,000 forwards/day free.
• Forward Email — open-source, no logs, source.
Reply as your domain too: Gmail → “Send mail as” + an app password. Walkthrough.
📬 Rung 3 — a real free mailbox on your domain
Want an actual inbox, not just forwarding:
• Zoho Mail Forever Free — 5 users, custom domain, no ads. The go-to.
• Yandex 360 — free tier survives for orgs ≤3 people.
• Cheap-paid: Migadu, Purelymail ($10/yr flat), Mailbox.org, Proton, Tuta.
🏢 Rung 4 — Google's OWN free managed-org identity (the unmarked door)
Nobody tells you this: Cloud Identity Free is Google’s own product that turns your domain into a real managed organization with real Google-account users — enterprise identity, minus the Workspace bill.
• Free vs Premium
• Admin quickstart
• Full setup + DNS verify · Feb-2026 guide
Own domain → verify it → [email protected] as a managed Google identity. Front door Google built and forgot to sign.
🐮 Rung 5 — go full sovereign (self-host your own mail server)
Overkill for GEAR, but if you catch the bug:
• Mailcow · Mailu · Poste.io · iRedMail · Mail-in-a-Box
• Whole awesome-list.
Hetzner keeps port 25 open (the SMTP port that lets your box send) — most others gate it behind a ticket.
🎁 Same domain unlocks everything else (regional, alias, collective, privacy)
Regional first-party (free/freemium enterprise mail): Tencent Exmail (EN), Alibaba Cloud Mail, Naver Works.
Aliases (hide your real inbox): SimpleLogin, Addy.io ($12/yr custom domain), DuckDuckGo Email. Compare 10+.
Collective/nonprofit (run by humans, not corps): Disroot, Riseup + radical-servers directory.
Privacy-paid: Kolab Now, Runbox, Mailfence, Vivaldi Mail (10GB free).
🔬 Make sure your mail actually LANDS (huge if you forward/self-host)
Set SPF, DKIM, DMARC — three DNS records proving mail is really from you. Skip them = you live in spam.
• mail-tester — scores you /10.
• MXtoolbox — checks blacklists.
• Internet.nl — audits your whole setup.
• dmarcian — free DMARC monitoring.
😏 Where this actually bites (ohh-shit-I-could-use-this)
The one payoff: a real @yourdomain identity, owned, permanent, ~free. Where it pays off:
• Any “work email required” gate — trials, B2B tools, startup programs, cert vouchers — you now pass legit.
• A domain you bought once = unlimited addresses (info@, billing@, you@) forever, no per-user fee.
• Freelancer/side-gig looking pro to clients without a Workspace bill.
• One alias per signup → the day spam hits shop@yourdomain, you kill that address and know exactly who leaked you.
• Your identity survives any provider dying — point the domain elsewhere, keep every address.
Temp email is a rental with no lease. A $1 domain is the deed — and the deed always wins the verification.
