@Roberto_Diaz Can you provide a Screenshot of this error/message?
What country are you in? What were the first 5 digits you entered, for example for Germany it would almost always be 49 (dropdown) 171 and then your number.

Hi @kiritoSAOALOGGO
thank you but the online services does not work with MS.
I will take a picture today and I will post here, maybe will be good for others that are having problems.
Regards
The message is no true, I do not have another developer account

It could be that this phone numbers was already used by the previous owner or is connected in some way. The only way to verify this is to ask the microsoft support if any developer account is connected to this phone number…

You can also try to find out which email is associated with the number. There are severals ways (GOOGLE for it)
Or this
Use a different browser in Incognito/InPrivate
Should the issue persist clear cache and cookies Make sure you check Preserve Favorites website data and check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies then click Delete.
Allow all third party cookies through the browser settings.

Hi @kiritoSAOALOGGO
Sorry for the delay in answer you, thank you for all your help.
The phone is mine the account is my personal account (one of the first MS account, the time that the email was hotmail only), the phone was used by me in another developer that does not exist since I lost all the rights because I did not use it for more than 2 years. I delet it ask they ask but even with this action does not work.
I will write to support to see what is the real problem, because the phone of my sons also does not work, and receive message that was not approved for security measures.
Anyway thank you, let me see the support, and I will return here when I get the answer.
Best regards
Working as smooth as butter
big thanks for sharing this ![]()
For those who can’t see OneDrive on the list in Dashboard, just skip that step and keep going through the next steps…
How can we know like how much to use? You know to get the renewal? Can anyone answer this question specifically abit like basic requirements that helped you get the renewal? I am sure everyone will appreciate it. ![]()
I will try this soon
Your subscription is good for 90 days and is renewable based on valid developer activity. If you’re using your subscription for development, it will be renewed every 3 months and will last indefinitely. You can find the expiration date, along with your subscription name, on your Microsoft 365 Developer Program dashboard. For more information, see Subscription expiration and renewal.
Everything is explained in the provided source link.
What exactly developer activity means? Like if we are normally using OneDrive for regular backups, Word and Powerpoint for regular college work, then is that enough? If we use Teams and all for regular meetings and sessions on almost daily basis? I can’t find much about it online so people with experience can(and if they may) share their experiences here for a basic foundation. Thank you for responding though.
This is one link with some information, but real experience sharing might make things more clear if it suits everybody.
Am getting the error “Sandbox provisioning is currently disabled due to a technical issue. Please try again in a few days.”.
Tried brave, edge, chrome. Same issue. Any tips?
Hey mine is not showing OneDrive. Tried office.com it say somthing like you are not authorized to access this resource. What should i do?
Microsoft.com/en-gb/microsoft-365/onedrive/online-cloud-storage
Try this login page on Onedrive.com for me doesn’t work says email unregistered or something
Or use your region + /microsoft-365/onedrive/online-cloud-storage/
Change your region from a region that doesn’t support onedrive or office
You win ![]()
First of all, from your developer dashboard go to settings and make sure Drive is selected in the preferences. Also make sure you have set 2FA for your admin account. After that give the account a few minutes and then try logging in again. Go to admin center, check Active Users and check if your admin account has OneDrive option in the last column. After that try going to Onedrive again.
Worked thanks!
How to keep the account active? I mean do I have to do somthing regularly? I am a non-coder guy. Any help is appreciated. By the way, i created it yestarday and it is already showing " This subscription is currently inactive. Please take advantage of your free trial subscription to develop solutions for Microsoft 365. If you don’t start using this subscription for development, non-admin users will lose access on Mar 7, 2023. Your subscription will be deleted on Mar 26, 2023."
Thanks for the information @Daniel_Hooper. I tried to login from the mail notification and it worked. Uploading files to onedrive is enough to keep the account active?
