Wise/Revolut aren’t the only game — they’re just geo-locked. The whole trick is finding the account that KYCs your passport, and there are plenty. You didn’t say your country, so here’s the works-almost-anywhere set first, then a pick-your-region list.
One rule above all: coverage decides it — check each one’s live eligibility for your exact country before you lean on it.
The three that open almost anywhere — head to head

Only need a real EU IBAN + card that takes non-EU residents, free? → Paysera · Volet · Blackcatcard · Genome · Bankera.
2026’s real leap — one app that KYCs your nationality, not your address
These launched for the countries Wise skips. Full stack in a single app — real USD/EUR/GBP receiving details, FX, virtual + physical card, local payout — and eligibility keys off your passport nationality, so they open even while you live abroad. Most hold USDC under the hood (not insured deposits) — verify your passport in-app and start with a small amount.

Wise/Revolut barely touch this belt. These do — remotely, on a passport:
- Keytom — UK EUR IBAN + credit-BIN Visa (virtual + physical, ATM abroad), fund from USDC; opens in minutes for Georgia · Armenia · Azerbaijan · Moldova · Serbia · Ukraine · Kazakhstan · Uzbekistan · Albania
- Satchel — a real Lithuanian EMI licence: EU SEPA IBAN + Mastercard + 21-currency SWIFT, opened remotely on a passport (non-EU welcome). €35/mo makes it a solid base account, not a daily driver
- mono.ge — Solo by Bank of Georgia — a real licensed bank account (USD/EUR/GBP/GEL, SWIFT + SEPA, Visa/MC couriered worldwide), opened 100% remote via an apostilled Power-of-Attorney (~2-4 wks, ~€500-750 through an agency). The “actual bank for the blacklisted” move
- Kazakhstan e-Residency + Bank CenterCredit — a real Kazakh bank account + premium physical Mastercard + multi-currency SWIFT, remote on most non-sanctioned passports (IN · PK · BD · NG · KE · LatAm). Paid annual renewal
🧱 When literally nothing opens for you — build the account
No single product fits your passport? Stack the pieces — the goal doesn’t need one box, it needs the rails:
- US LLC + Lili (or Mercury) — form a US LLC + EIN, then open on your passport, no SSN, for real US bank details + a virtual + physical Visa. Live for 14 nationalities (AR · BR · CL · CO · CN · IN · MX…). Pair with a stablecoin card for cheap travel FX
- A real bank by remote POA — the Georgia (Solo) and Kazakhstan routes above hand you a licensed bank account when every app says no
- The universal fallback — get paid in USDT → load any self-custody card (COCA / Fizen / RedotPay) → cash out P2P to local money. No bank in the loop at all
The actual move: pair two — a receiving account (Grey / Rizon / Raenest) + a crypto card (RedotPay / COCA) → you can get paid AND spend from day one, anywhere. And order the physical card before you fly (some ship slow or stay virtual-only).
Wise drew a border on the map. Money doesn’t recognize it — it just needs a rail that answers to your passport, not your postcode.
