which Provide Demo too .
For Indepth Analysis there are some Opensource RATs on Github i.e Amyth (if not misspelled) .CraxRAT etc they are available with there source code and Payload generation . You can easily explain the Potential anomalies in the payload and Safe apps via that and the whole Process of tracking and Monitoring …

Real “phone tracking” the pros use = free forensics + leak-hunting, not spy apps.
