The course @Panth_Christian suggested is really good, and your best pick most probably for MERN.

The mentioned Udemy course teaches MERN, but you need to know JavaScript to learn it. You might need to take a different course if you are interested in some other stack like Django (my personal recommendation) or LAMP.

PS: I have been developing websites for 5+ years, and do not recommend going the course way. A much better way will be to go step by step and use the free resources available at your disposal.
