I have purchased a set of lectures which are .rio encrypted and works only in RioPlayer. These lectures can’t be recorded through OBS or any other Screen Capturing Device.
How can I possibly record them?

i used screencastify.. it is best and can be run in background as well
Unable to record lectures using it. It shows blank screen over RioPlay
Did you try recording in a VM or using HDMI cable to another capturing device ?
If you don’t mind telling, what kind of lectures are these ?

It won’t work on VM, as it does not have a computer number. So RioPlayer won’t start. I’ve tried that already, also it’s a single screen. Can’t cast through HDMI or Team Viewer as well
Looks like they thought of everything 
In a pinch you could just use your phone to take a recording of the screen…

it looks like the author of this program is using “open-source bug bounty scheme” if you will
So any tricks related to this software should be shared privately or in a private forum, otherwise, it will get patched very quickly
It will be easily broken as it gets popular. It is not popular now as it is being used by Indians only.
