youtube.com and podcast are my primary resources.Books are good too.

let me suggest you one thing,when ever you have a goal in life try to make it more clear it will help you grow faster,for example if you want to earn money just don’t say I want to earn a lot of money,try to be more specific about it,just such I want to make this much (a cretain amount of money ) in a certain about of time.Try preparing for Ilets courses or speaking ,writing courses separately

Try courses from sites like Udemy!
