Download Any Telegram Media — Even Locked Channels

Browser script that adds download buttons to every image, video, and voice message.

:world_map: The Unlock

One-time browser setup = permanent download access on Telegram Web. Private channels with blocked downloads? Not anymore.

Why bother:
Grab media from locked channels → save anything you see → no phone workarounds needed

What works:
✓ Images, videos, GIFs, voice messages
✓ Private channels with downloads disabled
✓ Progress bar shows download status
✓ Zero restrictions after install

Install Steps (2 minutes)

1. Add Tampermonkey to Chrome
Chrome Web Store link → “Add to Chrome”

2. Paste the script
Click Tampermonkey icon → “Create a new script” → delete everything → paste this file:
deepseek_javascript_20260125_819a0d.js
Ctrl+S to save → close tab

3. Done
Script runs automatically on Telegram Web forever

How To Use

Open Telegram Web → login → go to any chat → click media → download button appears (↓ icon) → click → saved.

If using mobile, you can access all downloaded telegram files (including those in private channels) by using FV file explorer. TG files are stored in Android/data/org.telegram.nessenger/files/Telegram.

You can copy your files from here to any folder on your device, it’s that easy!
