[SOLVED] Downloading Recording From adobeconnect

I am having few video recording available in adobeconnect. When I try to download the video IDM it says permission denied.

Any help will be really appreciated

Have you tried to download it with jdownloader2.

.Another methods:

Method1:

To save an Adobe Connect recording as an MP4 file:

  1. Log into the Adobe Connect Manager.
  2. Navigate to the properties page for your recording.
  3. From the “Actions” drop-down list, choose Make Offline.
  4. When the “Offline Recording” window opens, choose Next, and then choose the following settings
  • Preset: MP4

  • Video quality presets: HD

  • Advanced Options: Check the box

  • Resolution: 720p

  • Quality: 100

  • Profile: Main

  • Bandwidth: 1.5mbps

  • FPS: 30
  1. Click Proceed with Offline Recording, name your file, and choose a location on your computer to save it. Click Save.

The tool will play back the recording, convert it to MP4 format, and save it on your local computer. When the process is finished, you’ll see the “Recording Summary” dialog box with a summary of the process. Click OK to finish.

Method2:

  1. Log into your Adobe Connect account

  2. Click on Meetings > My Meetings

  3. Click on the link for the recording

  4. Click the “Recordings” link

  5. Click the link in the “Name” column

  6. Copy the “URL for Viewing” – Example, http://mycompany.adobeconnect.com/p12345678/

  7. Paste it into a new browser tab then add the following to the end of the URL: output/filename.zip?download=zip

  8. Your URL should look similar to this example, http://mycompany.adobeconnect.com/p12345678/output/filename.zip?download=zip

Thanks James. These videos are recorded by some else. I only have the recordings link which open in AdobeConnect Application.
