To get a free SSL certificate, domain owners need to sign up for Cloudflare and select an SSL option in their SSL settings. check here
You can always use Lets encrypt SSL, its free and easy to instal
So far I know, you can’t use Let’s Encrypt for domain hosted with infinityfree.
