Go to PayPal.com and click on the flag at the bottom of the page. Click on your country’s flag to see what services are available in your region.

I didn’t have to go in detail is just some few changes that you will make on the process of signing up.

  1. No need of VPN use your normal IP
  2. Use New email that you have nerver use in paypal.
  3. Your country master or visa card
  4. Valid means of ID - National ID card or Driver’s License or Passport
  5. Your Real country Address, I mean the one on your ID Card.

Sign-up when selecting country chose South Africa, use the address on your ID Card, for the phone number and Zip code search for any South Africa phone number and Zip code through the internet to use for your detail. Next go and add your card to verify the account you are done, you can now send and receive money with your PayPal. Try it and leave your feedback.

For those bro skis from naija. U can send and receive money on PayPal and it worked for me. You have to open the account on a computer not phone. Then you have to open business accounts..
