Just like in android we have app called Applock, is there any app or built in feature in Windows 10? I found one called My Lockbox but its feature is limited in free version. So, is there any opensource or feature to lock unlimited apps?

You can try a software named password door. I’ve used it for sometime. Works fine. (You can find the licence file searching google).

Other than that, All alternatives has been already provided by @Pawan_Kumar & @Tirtha_Kar Follow that link and use anything you want if Applocker not suits you.
