I am using blogspot. How to edit the theme in blogger to remove the ( ? Mark in html)?

Goto theme and click Edit HTML. In that HTML remove your ?.

you should at least share the template, I think that is not simply a question mark, more likely a symbol which cannot be displayed

Try to convert the text of button into utf8 encoding with online free tools. then it will be resolved.
this [ ☔] (without square brackets) gets converted into []. an umbrella with rain.
