[SOLVED] Very Slow Internet Speed in Jio & Airtel Networks (India)

I’m using both Jio & Airtel for internet purpose. Nowadays (From the Lock-down initialization ) the

> internet is too slow. Even in 4G it is not crossing 100 kilobytes/sec

. It may be due to the network traffic caused due to lockdown. But its too slow to do any of the normal searches and watch videos in SD. Only from midnight to early morning i’m getting normal to high speed.

I thought it’s happening only for me, but most of my friends in my hometown are facing this same issue. I think many others here also, face the same problem.

Is there any solutions or alternative measures for this problem.
If there, do share it and help others also.

I have Airtel too, but the speed is fast, just as it used to be. And it is the same day and night.

It’s happening at everywhere…I only see increase of speed after 12.15 A.M. And speed decrease after 9.15 A.M. If you want to get speed then access via broadband..I think it’s the only way…

i have airtel and jio iam form CG and we all here are facing the same issue iam tired of complaining hem about fixing thier network issues but all the time all they have to say is we are working on it and we are soon gonna fix it its been 3 years airtel used to be good in my area but somehow during this 6 months airtel is getting slower too now iam using jio and its not even crossing 40kb/s its too slow

You can try disabling one sim. My speed is nearly 5 TIMES MORE on single sim (also ping becomes stable in games).

Well I am playing moba games regularly for over 2 years now and it’s impossible to play with both sims on because of ping spikes.

The speed thing, well I am not sure how else can prove it. Maybe it’s because of my phone, OnePlus 3 but since I discovered this, the results are always same i.e. increased speed with single sim.

can you goto About phone >> Status >> Sim card status
and post screnshot of Signal Strength you are getting

Single sim signal is in -75 to -80dBm
Dual sim fluctuates between -80 to upto -100dBm with lower asu value

bro are you sitting on Jio tower… look at that numbers your network is so strong,
lesser the number …greater the network
You must patent this single sim..dual sim trick … Not less than any Magic
