Seven doors — Instagram, Facebook, X, Android, iPhone, websites and AI. Each one opens with free tools, plain clicks, and a complete path from start to end.
The one trick behind every door: no single tool ever hacked anything. The magic is the combination — one tool’s output feeds the next:
profile → login screen → email → other accounts → face → full story
A face becomes a username, the username becomes an email, the email becomes every account that email owns. That chain is the whole hobby in one sentence.
Door 1 · Instagram — who is really behind a profile?
A face, a username, and one question. Instagram answers it — the account leaks itself, layer by layer: profile → About this account → Forgot-password screen → masked email → Holehe → WhatsMyName → face search
upload the profile picture → the same face on LinkedIn, dating apps, Facebook
The complete map:
Open the profile → ••• → About this account — joined 2025 while claiming to be a 2012 legend? Case closed early.
Save their profile picture.
On a fresh tab, open Instagram’s Forgot password? screen, enter their username, read the masked email and phone digits it shows.
Take any real email connected to them → Holehe → the list of services that email secretly owns.
Their username → WhatsMyName → the same person’s other lives.
The profile picture → FaceCheck.ID → matching faces close the case.
🪞 The mirror map — who touched MY account?
App → Settings → Accounts Center → Password and security → Where you’re logged in — every device and city listed. Log out strangers, change the password, switch on two-factor in the same screen.
Accounts Center → Your information and permissions → Download your information — Instagram mails you a ZIP of everything it holds: old DMs, former usernames, login history. Open it and see yourself the way a lurker would.
Run your own email through Holehe and your own face through FaceOnLive — that 2011 forum account finally gets deleted.
Graduation: Osintgram 2.0 — the classic Instagram OSINT workbench reborn Sept 2026 with a local AI: ask plain questions, it picks the commands. One Python install + a throwaway account.
Door 2 · Facebook — what does an account leak about itself?
The profile holds more than it shows — the doors are Facebook’s own URLs: profile link → numeric ID → full-res photo → face search → StalkFace search links
Enter an email or phone number — Facebook shows the masked contact info of the account attached to it, and sends no notification.
🔑 The recovery map — my Facebook was hacked
facebook.com/hacked on a device you have used before — “My account is compromised”, follow it with your current or old password; this alone usually reclaims the account.
Back inside: Settings → Security and login → Where you’re logged in → log out every unknown device, change the password, turn on two-step verification.
Instagram was linked and stolen too? The Meta Account Recovery Hub handles Facebook, Instagram and Threads at one desk.
Close the loop: Accounts Center → Download your information — an offline snapshot of everything the attacker saw.
Settings → Security and account access → Apps and sessions — log out strangers, revoke the forgotten apps that can still post as you.
Settings → Your account → Download an archive of your data — the only copy of your account outside X’s servers; read it fully offline with the xactions.app tutorial.
locate, ring, lock or erase your phone from any browser
The complete map — watch and control my own phone:
Phone: Settings → About phone → tap Build number 7 times → Developer options → USB debugging ON. Thirty seconds, one time.
Laptop: download scrcpy from its official releases page, unzip, plug in a data cable.
Phone: tap “Allow USB debugging” → the laptop screen shows the phone, live, with sound.
Control everything with mouse and keyboard; drag-and-drop files PC → phone.
Cut the cable: Android 11+ → Developer options → Wireless debugging → pair with the 6-digit code.
Or open tangoapp.dev and drive the phone from a browser tab.
🕵️ The spy-audit map + the practice map
Is someone spying on my Android?
Quick sweep on the phone: free Kaspersky app → Who’s Spying on Me, or Applore’s checker for a scan with zero antivirus attached. Uninstall nothing yet.
Deep scan: on a computer the watcher never touched, open the maxintel page in Chrome, enable USB debugging, connect, click scan — known stalkerware from a 176-app list, hidden apps, accessibility holders, device admins. Read-only, nothing uploaded.
Where scanners fall short: Settings → search accessibility, device admin, notification access — the three permissions every stalker app needs.
Account side: Find Hub → review every device signed into your Google account — stalker setups often add the watcher’s own device.
Found something? Remove device-admin rights first, then uninstall. In a safety situation, talk to a local support service first — removal can alert the watcher.
Pwn my own phone in one evening:
Install DIVA or OWASP’s UnCrackable apps — escape rooms for your phone: passwords in plain text, secrets inside the app’s own code.
Install them with ADB AppControl — ADB with buttons, no command line.
Attack side: the menu-driven Android-RAT helper builds you a shell-in-an-APK — the 2026 way injects the payload into a real app and re-signs it, past Google Play Protect’s signature checks.
Close the loop: run the spy-audit on your own phone and watch your own “hack” get flagged. Attack and defense in one evening.
Fun bait: FlipperDroid — the $250 dolphin hacking gadget’s NFC, RFID and infrared tricks rebuilt as one free Android app.
The newest surface of all — every app carries an AI inside it today, so this door trains you for the rest: HackMerlin → Gandalf Agent Breaker → Gray Swan Arena → XBOW leaderboard → prompts in the wild
Open HackerGPT, sign in with a Google account — no install.
Ask in plain English: “Do a service discovery scan on cybergym.hackergpt.app” — a target its owners let everyone practice on.
Read the report, ask follow-ups — the AI translates hacker output into human.
The robot walks the halls itself: the NodeZero “GO HACK YOURSELF” trial points an autonomous pentest robot at your own home network from any old laptop.
Offline edition: Ollama + the free deepseek-r-11.5b-cyber:hackmode model — an unrestricted hacking brain on 8 GB of RAM, no account.
Your face is findable too: Protevio (10 free face searches a day) and Face Search AI show where your photo lives on the open web.
Microsoft, Sept 2026: invisible Unicode characters now smuggle phishing past email filters — source.
No magic tool. One weakness opens the next door, one tool feeds the next:
profile → recovery screen → email → other accounts → face → story
The newest chain: every app now carries an AI inside it. The same injection trick that beats a wizard game is the one stealing emails in 2026 — learn it in a game, meet it in the wild.
One thing before you go. Everything here is to educate yourself and sharpen your skills — your own accounts, your own devices, labs made for practice.
When a bad person makes it necessary, you already know the tricks. 1Hack teaches hacking to teach the bad person a lesson — never to feel powerless again.
