Apple lets devs set different prices per country (so an app that costs $10 in the US can be ₹400 in India). Most AI companies set lower prices in poorer countries to stay affordable there.

The play: if your Apple ID’s region = a cheap country, you pay that country’s price. Your real address doesn’t have to match — Apple checks the Apple ID region, not your bedroom.
