I can download video from any popular site, but how can I download from this site? Any ideas?

Try HLS Downloader chrome extension.
Then use My MP4Box GUI to convert .TS file to .MP4
Or if you find difficult using My MP4Box GUI use below
Use ffmpeg to convert .TS file to .MP4 using batch file, below is the compress version of ffmpeg, just download and extract into your C drive and drop your .TS file inside bin folder and run ts-mp4 batch file, you will see the converted .mp4 file in the output folder which is in newfiles named folder.
