Azure subscription disabled

My Azure student subscription was Disabled

Failed to start virtual machine ‘Mo’. Error: The subscription is disabled and therefore marked as read only. You cannot perform any write actions on this subscription until it is re-enabled.

is there any way to reactivate it or reactivate data ?
