I have an azure pay-as-you-go subscription under a debit card of mine. It doesn’t have funds. What happens if I use azure for about 100$ and when the card is declined due to unavailability of funds?
Do they go for legal actions?

nope they simply suspend your account. they does not have time for this stuff.
