The method is no longer working. They are now asking for a $50 admission fee to submit the application. Any new methods out there?

On home page of Student Portal there is option to Enroll

thx i just got my github dev pack it was easier than expected ,
HOW TO APPLY :
to apply make sure yourr github profile is completed wit full name (name in the student id )also fill the billing information with correct ones ,then activate the two factor auth (u can use DUO app ) just scan the qr code by your phone and enter the code that appears in the app and then apply ,in my case i downloaded the student id from the university site then i open it in my pc , and in the uploading stage i pictured the screen of my pc .and that s it enjoy it

It was asked same thing to me. I got disappointed. But finally I got mail. So wait.
I am facing same issue almost on each apply
I created the account recently and i did not have the waiver. But i went and logged in and registered for online class for free and after few days, today i got the email that my classes are registered. Now i can access all edu email benefits.
