Hard Disk Got A Few Millisecond Delay, Is It Broken?

I have just bought a new laptop. It has SSD and HDD storage, I put my games in HDD to save some space. Sometimes while playing games, when I load some menu that might have big files, my hard disk got a few millisecond delay and then I can hear the hard disk spinning and the delay stopped. Is it alright? I mean I have never experienced this kind of delay with other laptops. And it also happen with some big apps like ms office 2019 and it causes freezing for a while. Any advice? what should I do to fix it?

first mack defragmentation you’r HDD
then
go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Power Options\Edit Plan Settings
