I want to create PayPal account for eBay selling account.
Please tell the good way to create the PayPal account.
I have no bank account. I have only master card and Visa card only.

You meant a credit card right?
It is said that to create PayPal account, you are required to link your Credit/Debit card or bank account in the account registration. It doesn’t matter to use either Master or Visa card (it is just a type of card). In some countries, you can also use AMEX or UnionPay (as long as PayPal can recognize, you are fine).

If they will buy product from my eBay store. Can I get money via master card or credit card? Is it possible to get money from eBay seller account ? I can verify PayPal account via Visa card. I have no bank account that is a problem.

You are talking about eCommerce now. How will you receive money if you have no bank account.
eBay has used PayPal as a financial services and managements. If you have no PayPal, unfortunately you can sell on eBay.

As for PayPal, I ony had to supply my CC details and the bank details are optional, but I’m not a seller, where I would guess that having both CC and a bank account would be mandatory (how else would you get/withdraw your earnings?).
