I have an issue ;
I opened a PayPal acccount in Pakistan and Used fake address of USA.
Now lazybucks sent me 30 dollars there, I want to use this money
but when I go to website it says
ACCEPT MONEY
and when I am clicking on it, It says that send it to your bank account or Keep it in paypal
I checked both ways, If i click on SEND TO BANK ACCOUNT, so our country bank is not listed, and aso PAYONEER account details not working there,
And when I click on KEEP THE MONEY IN PAYPLAL , It says that You should add Debit or Credit card, And I have only ATM card I am using it with MASTERCARD logo, But my card’s session should be activated for online purpose.
so If i activate my Mastercard for online using via calling to customer service of bank, it will verify or not?? Because I am from Pakistan,
And if not so please give me a card for only adding there or testing there, I have used many BINS and many cards number, but in vain, on some cards paypal saying that this card is already been added to another paypal or your card is declined,
ALSO TELL ME
If there is other way for withdrawal or purcahse
I also used google playstore, but when it goes to payment page it says that you whoud add card first for payment to merchant.
So please help me. I have a huge trouble about this.

You can try and use a VCC. I think it will work

There’s a guy on ebay who sells vcc’s for $3 (cheapest option), i also provide them btw. Anyway after adding it you’ll be able to receive the money t o your account (weird since they let you accept money tho we dont add a card). After you get it you wont be able to withdraw to bank. check local entrepreneur/make money FB groups for people who buy paypal $ and send them the money and exchange to your local currency..
