I have mobile phone which I want to change make it connected to my computer I want to make a setting that whenever power is connecteded it automatically gets turned on like windows system boot and I can acces everything and do all mobile function from PC via connected to mobile using a cable
How may i do this

You can take use of SCRCPY using which you can control your Android phone from your pc.
For setting part, your question is not clear. You have to be more specific what you want..

Sorry for the unclear part
I have a unused mobile phone which I want to integrate with my PC via USB cable and use mobile hardware with my PC like using sim , hospot
Integrate all the hardware to my PC
And like I want to change the settings of my mobile phone to make it boot whenever I turn on my PC and get the power supply from usb

You can do most of these things.
For that your phone has to be USB debugging enabled from “Developer Options”

And in perfect condition
But I want to remove the battery and make it from the PC power like do function like calling and all

For calling from your computer, i.e., using your computer mic and speaker but your phone’s software, you can use Phone Link by Microsoft.
For other purpose, SCRCPY will be enough!

Since you want to remove the battery of your phone, I’m not sure if it can operate by the power through USB cable as it may not be enough to keep the phone running.
Try yourself, and ask here if you have any further doubt.

You can also use some other apps like Rotation and Resolution Changer to make it more immersive.
