was wondeering if anyone could help me to find out where the person is located using telegram is there any way to get there IP or anything along t hose lines I got scammed which is cool but not really and I want to kinda scare the guy into thinking he messed with the wrong person maybe im gonna pretend to be a fed or some thing like that but just wanted to ask thanks in advanced i have t he three accounts he was chatting from is this possible
If you want to get their location IP grabbing will be easy.
Just google IP grabbers, I will not provide any because I don’t endorse such things.

You can’t track anyone without them doing a stupid thing from their end like : CLICKING A LINK .
It’s like trying to expose your IP if you use Tor , it will be possible only if you do Opsec mistake and click or download some Javascript code , if you got scammed by a guy who knows basic TG settings ,good luck making him click something , if a deal on TG sounds to good without any logic , it’s gonna be a scam , welcome to the internet 
People always misunderstand abt ip’s if you mangaged to grab his ip it changes every 8hrs and using some ip location tools you can only find aprox location which may or may not be true for me ip location show a place which is 500miles away from me all time it depends on the isp.
Agree , you can make a TG client from a burner phone and even if you somehow manage to grab the ip it wont do you any good like you said :“you can only find aprox location which may or may not be true for me ip location show a place which is 500miles away” and that is if the person didn’t rout through Tor or used a VPN , if the feds really want to locate you they would use Wifi beeping to track your mac address if they sure it belongs to you .
so if you don’t know the person’s device mac it won’t do you any good
