  • :television: Netflix / Prime in HD again — Google flags some phones as “uncertified,” so streaming apps drop to potato quality or vanish from the store. Hide root + fix the certification ➜ HD playback back.

  • :wastebasket: Nuke the bloatware — delete the junk apps your carrier/phone-maker forced on you and won’t let you uninstall normally.

:ninja: Hiding root: DenyList + Shamiko give nosy apps a clean view. Beats the basic check — but Google’s hardware-backed “strong” check can still catch you, so some banks/games still block. Not a guaranteed win.

Grab Magisk-vXX.X.apk ➜ install app ➜ patch boot image ➜ flash via fastboot. Covers Android 6 → 16.

:warning: Rooting needs an unlocked bootloader, usually wipes data first time, voids warranty, trips Play Integrity. Back up first. Only patch the boot image on your own device.

thank you so much , i ve been seeing this tool long time ago , but i ve never understood what it s for since it s complicated to use . now i see why this tool is a gem

These days, this solution is no longer effective, mainly because Google is determined to put an end to bootloader unlocking, which is often necessary to root your phone.

And this affects not only Google phones but also major manufacturers, such as Samsung and Xiaomi.

Right now, the best solution is to use Shizuku, an app that, using ADB commands, can perform actions very similar to those of root access, without the need to format or unlock anything, or hide anything, you just need to enable developer mode and turn on ADB over Wi-Fi.

The main drawback, however, is that after a while, Shizuku disables itself, and you have to reconnect it every time you need it.
