sadly they banned my account. i have 2 tb in there. i tried transferring data out while my files were read only, then they banned me during my transfer because of “abuse”. i kept appealing and they said no.
same thing happened to me, sadly i kept trying to appeal and they said no, so my files are gone permanently. they permanently banned my account. you can try to appeal, best of luck as i am just sharing my experience
Sad to say, but there is no free fix for the time being!
Visual Studio Professional/Enterprise subscribers automatically qualify and get renewable sandboxes as long as their subscription is active.
- At times, new sandbox subscriptions are disabled unless you already have a paid Microsoft 365 subscription.
- The “You don’t qualify” message can be misleading, it may simply mean Microsoft isn’t issuing new free tenants at the moment.

do you have any idea now why? I have below issues in my one drive and also is there any specific way to get the access to the administrative account as I have lost my phone and dont have access to the 2FA(Microsoft Authenticator App but have access to the mail from which I have created the the developer 365 acounts

I got mine back somehow after emailing them. No more access denied message and my files are still there.
How did you contact them? Pls provide exact info, email, etc.
Can you please let me know exactly what you said in the email? It’s been maybe 8 months, and they still have not unlocked my account. I just want access to my files to transfer them out to another provider. I will try emailing again, with you guidance.
