Dupay — dead. Its own site reads Service terminated, down 30 Nov 2025.
Moon — crypto purchase only, and cancelled cards plus ID demanded for off-platform refunds.
paysafecard — a code merchants accept, not a card number you own.
CASHlib — same, and its own FAQ lists ID, selfie and proof of address on verification.
Flexepin — cash top-up rail. Instant, irreversible, no card, no refund path.
YooMoney traveller card — free MIR card, but foreign-card funding wants passport, visa and migration card.
Revolut · Wise · Payoneer · GCash · Maya · Pyypl · Privacy.com · Crypto.com — all run verified identity. “Free virtual card” on a homepage is not no KYC.
