Hi, have been trying to create a Remotask USA account, I don’t know what I am doing wrong, when it comes to verification, I scan the DL but it keeps saying my details are not clear but they are clear. Remotask uses Persona to verify ID. Anyone know how I can beat this.
Well, even if you say it’s clear, it’s not, so the best option is to try an online scanner such as Adobe or other scanner tools, which may scan your ID and you can easily save the PSD or PNG of your ID just as it is, no if you use your phone camera to a picture, it won’t work as they require.
So, simply, take the exact copy of your ID by using a tool that may capture it as real and you can see it anywhere. Also, Google stores have many free apps to scan IDs and take pictures or get PSD of it.
Good luck with scanning, because unless you troubleshoot the National ID thing, there is no other guess-what else missing, so, go ahead and fix it, then try!
It requires me to use live camera to take pic of ID, not unless you’re suggesting I use something like manycam and emulator trick
You can use your Phone, everyone owns a Phone, don’t say you don’t have it. lol
Go to Playstore, and download the most ranked scanner from it and when it asks just rollover your camera on your ID, front and back, that’s it, once it is captured, do your things to save it as a pic or whatever!
I should point out that, during the ID scan is withing the browser so at no point will I open my camera app or access my files. The browser will just ask to access camera, So I am not getting you.
Stop using a PC, I’m saying, Use your Mobile phone, go to the play store, download a scanner app, a good one, install it, and open it, now when you start using it, it will start your phone camera automatically, just place your ID somewhere at table, and place your camera over your ID to get scanned. that’s it, use app features to edit crop, and save files.
100% I understand what you’re saying, now I have the save files. I go to remotask, select I want to verify with DL then it opens a small camera windows within the browser for me to take a photo of the DL, now there is no option for me to access the scanned files, you get my point

Well, you know how QR Scan works? so, I believe you have an idea why it opens and starts the camera, Obviously, it has to get scanned without any image selection, which means you have to place your DL in front of the camera, it may do a live scan if I say so… (some law enforcement agencies or platform requires it)
To do such verification things I must say, use your phone instead, because you can use it easily to scan such documents on the spot.

Yes, they require original and real stuff, no tricks or VPN works to bypass such verifications.
In that case I will need someone in the US to create the account for me so that it works and I will pay for it
