My WordPress website contains
1000-1200 images and 100-200 videos.
Should I use Amazon S3 for hosting images and videos of my website or I’ve to keep using WordPress hosting storage to host my images and videos.
Please help me, Which one is better?

I think you can put it in Bluehost itself if you have average traffic.
thanks for your feedback but I’m having confusion that as I have Bluehost Choice Plus plan https://www.bluehost.in/hosting/shared so in your opinion does this plan is enough to provide good website speed at this much amount of media file ?
What is your average visitors per month and monthly visitor growing percentage based on that we can decide and to reduce bandwidth usage and to improve performance you can compress the photos and video like whats app how it makes image and video in the lower storage size without losing quality
Basically, Aws storage s3 can be used as a CDN content delivery network if you have more traffic. if it less and your website hosted server to provide good speed and sufficient storage then you can with your server itself.
But on-demand content scaling delivery scaling you need to do care about AWS pricing and budget 
You hosting plan wont provide you much difference even if u upgrade since its shared hosting.
If u r planning for switching to amazon aws, make sure you know the pricing.
Alternatively you can try few other CDN services which will serve the purpose and also are cost effective.
Also your target audience region will decide CDN pricing for most of the providers.
