Hello, I am new in the whole email marketing and I was wondering where I should advertise my page to start building my email list. I have like $150 for paid methods.

If that’s the case then advertise is not sufficent for getting someone email. Let’s go futher
Put yourself at the place of your customer and image that you are seeing an ad, you clicked on it and landed on a website will you give your email to them. Abeviously not! why? because you don’t trust them. So your focus should be on trust not on ad. I hope this will help you let me know if need help further.

People will trust you since you can show them knowledge. So to people here help you, you will need to be more specific. They will need to know what you would like to sell.
After you define the market niche that you will work or would like to get (eg. young people, old people, men, woman, educated, and others characteristics) you will be close to be ready and to get this you will need to do a research and learn, after do this you can come back and write here more informations.
