  1. Place an order max 3 items + 1 cheap item.
  2. After the order is delivered, open the bottom of the box and remove the items you want to refund, close the box and tape it back.
  3. Film the process of opening the box (normally at the top), empty it, show in the video that only the extra item arrived.
  4. Contact support, tell them only 1 item was delivered, you always make a video of opening your deliveries, you need an email address to send the video.
  5. Send them the video with a short explanation,
  6. Wait for refund.
