The issue was Cloudstrike the EndPoint protection program, Overnight they decided to push a Auto Update Using a Faulty Driver, Causing Windows 10 Machines Using the software to be Stuck In a BSOD loop, The was a fix for it But for every single device using it has to boot in to Safe mode, And Delete a Driver, Here are some Links who will explain it better
