Galaxy S24 Ultra.i bought it I don’t use that provider it is not blocked or blacklisted I have reports showing this. I can it get it to unlock. Please help if you can or point me in the right direction. TIA!!

Your fastest free fix: file an FCC complaint at consumercomplaints.fcc.gov → Phone → Wireless → Equipment — include your IMEI + proof of purchase + the magic line “This device meets all requirements under [carrier]'s unlock policy and the CTIA Consumer Code” — it bypasses customer service entirely and hits their executive compliance team, who usually unlock within 1–3 days because it’s flagged as a regulatory incident.
- If T-Mobile, also DM @TMobileHelp on X right now — T-Force runs on a different backend that can actually find closed accounts (phone reps literally can’t) and has a per-device unlock button regular support doesn’t have. If AT&T, go to att.com/deviceunlock → select “not an AT&T customer” → enter IMEI → done in 2 days.
Whatever you do — don’t try random unlock codes (your S24 Ultra freezes permanently after ~3 wrong attempts with no warning), don’t flash U1 firmware (carrier lock lives in the EFS partition, not the firmware — XDA confirmed this is a dead end), and don’t call Samsung (they’ll just send you back to the carrier).
