1 — Grab the app. Download app-universal-release.apk (the 25.2 MB one). .apk = the file you tap to install. Skip the .aab files next to it — those are Play-Store-only packaging your phone can’t open.

2 — Install it. Phone may warn “install from unknown sources” = an app that didn’t come from Google’s shop. Normal. Tap allow.
