I have a Microsoft E5 but can't use smtp

I need helping understanding how to setup smtp on microsoft E5 with a third party application. Please i really need this help. THank you in advance

you should be Admin on your company. E5 is a Business account.

Login to [Exchange admin centre]:
follow the steps mentioned in the below link: those are similar steps to enable SMTP.
