[Need Help]- To bypass custom mail flow rule created by an admin.

I Have a .Edu mail but it is useless if we can’t send or received any mail from outside the college database.
There are many free memberships for student but majority of time i am not able to Verify Email address.

Note : Email Forwarding option is also not working. majority of time I am not receiving any mail on my alternative mail.

Please Suggest, how can i Bypass mail Flow rule created by admin ?

Your mail server hosted base on Office 365 . So all incoming and outgoing transfer will go through.
