Download Any Telegram Media — Even Locked Channels

Install Steps (2 minutes)

1. Add Tampermonkey to Chrome
Chrome Web Store link → “Add to Chrome”

2. Paste the script
Click Tampermonkey icon → “Create a new script” → delete everything → paste this file:

Ctrl+S to save → close tab

3. Done
Script runs automatically on Telegram Web forever

How To Use

Open Telegram Web → login → go to any chat → click media → download button appears (↓ icon) → click → saved.

It won’t load. I’m logged in. Error: “The change you wanted was rejected. Maybe you tried to change something you didn’t have access to.”

If using mobile, you can access all downloaded telegram files (including those in private channels) by using FV file explorer. TG files are stored in Android/data/org.telegram.nessenger/files/Telegram.

You can copy your files from here to any folder on your device, it’s that easy!

you have to use a telegram K version also while downloading the media you have to play it at background

I think there is a script which give option of bulk download but I don’t know and if u know coding then use terminal to download using python script
