I hope someone here might know solutions to my issue. Recently, got a Surface Pro, setup as usual and after a week I forgot the Password and the PIN. Facial recognition was also setup but it need PIN to unlock which is also forgotten. Any master here at the rescue?

If it is a new surface pro and you have not used it and added any files, you can factory reset it
