Your betting page stops at 1-X-2. This ranks every scoreline.
Every page gives you 1-X-2 and an over/under. The scoreline is left to you.
Type those five prices. Get the whole board โ 0โ0, 1โ0, 1โ1, 2โ1 and the rest, each with its real chance, ranked.
It shows how often its own top pick misses. So you know what the ranking is worth.

How five prices become every scoreline
- Each price becomes a chance. A 2.50 price carries 40%. The five add past 100% โ that surplus is the bookโs margin, and it is scaled away so the five read as a clean 100%.
- Those chances fix two goal rates โ one for the home side, one for the away side. The engine hunts the pair that best reproduces the five prices you typed.
- The two rates build the board. Each side gets a Poisson distribution, the standard way goals arrive:
P(k) = eโฮป ยท ฮปk / k!
- Multiply them and every scoreline gets a number โ 0โ0, 1โ0, 1โ1, 2โ1 and up. Sorted, that is the board.
All of it runs in the popup. No network code at all.
Reading the board
Top eight โ the eight likeliest scorelines, each with its percentage.
Coverage โ how much of the board those eight hold. The rest is spread thin.
The top pick misses โ printed beside the ranking. The likeliest score is usually still an unlikely one.
Fit error โ how far the model sits from the prices you typed. A tight number means the ranking carries more weight.
Two ways in, same board either way:
| Mode | You type | You get |
|---|---|---|
| Bookmaker odds | 1 ยท X ยท 2 ยท over and under 2.5 | the board those prices imply |
| Expected goals | your own goal figure per side | the same board, from your numbers |
Open a match, type five prices, read the board โ then tell him what you made of it.
